Shipping policy
When are your orders shipped?
We allow up to a week before your order is completed. Once orders are completed, shipping will occur Monday - Friday.
Where do you ship to?
At this stage shipping is only available in Australia. International shipping is in the pipeline.
How do you ship?
All labels are shipped by Regular Post, however it includes priority shipping. This means it is quicker then the standard posting time. It can take up to 3 days to receive. Larger items are posted in a satchel via Parcel Post. Australia Post advise this can take anywhere from 3 to 6 business days depending on location. Tracking is not included.
Shipping Charges?
All labels are a flat $4 shipping charge. Bulkier items is a flat $10 charge. Delivery will not exceed $10. If you make a purchase over $100 shipping is free of charge.
